Generated Report
This is a very simple administrative process form – a monthly stationery replacement order. Easy to fill in, clicking orders, and optionally supplying service feedback comments.
But it’s another great example of multiple outputs and reports flowing from a simple form.
For example, an order confirmation summary report might be automatically sent back to each participant for recording in a paper file, and / or to each section or department head for approval.
An exception report might be generated highlighting one department’s excessive order of HB pencils.
Suggestions for improvement or other service comments might be extracted and sent to the QA Manager.
Or the collated results might be in a data format entirely compatible with a larger corporate IT system, able to be routinely linked or uploaded for integrated reporting such as financial planning or supply chain management.
Complete the PQF form, and using advanced Office Automation techniques, a report will be automatically generated and sent to you showing your response - exactly how you replied to the form.
