Run these PQF electronic forms to see simple examples of automating routine business processes for efficient information gathering (when you have installed your free PQF Viewer)
Send these PQFS by email to anyone else to test - or put then on your intranet. Just make sure your colleagues install the free PQF Viewer too.
Remember PQFs can be customised easily using PQF Author to match the requirements of your organisation – in logos and branding, in content, and in the structure of your collated results database.
Most importantly, PQFs are customised to deliver the results you want in the format you need for reporting and decision making. And you can easily reach the people you need to participate.
Each of these PQFs will show you a different look and feel, and different ways of collecting data. Each is also abbreviated, cut down from its true form functionality so its easy for you to test right through and submit. Some have design comments on screen to highlight features.
After you submit, your response is automatically emailed to the return email address embedded in the PQF (in this case collator@dolphinsoftware.com.au) for automatic collation by PQF Collator into the data base table for that form.
You will automatically receive an emailed confirmation that your response has been successfully collated – this is the only correspondence you will receive from us unless you choose otherwise. Contact us with any questions or comments.

Software Skills Assessment - Training Course Evaluation - Stationery Order - 360° Feedback - Test Form

A 360° is one of the most popular performance assessment tools, and also one of the most challenging, requiring strong business rules and careful process management to ensure trust and confidentiality is maintained.
This is just a small example of a 360° in PQF. Customise with PQF Author so that the performance criteria reflect your organisation’s principles, and use your preferred rating scale. Request comments at any stage - on every page if you choose. Include your logo or by line.
Reports from a 360° to a ‘target’ person are usually presented in your preferred quantitative format, grouped by the relationship – peers, managers, direct reports, self rating etc-and no one person’s feedback is identified.
Confidentiality is especially important in how you chose to present reports of collated qualitative comments, often the most valuable part of a 360° report for working out how to improve performance in the light of others’ perceptions.
Aggregate results and reports for departments or work teams enable an executive to align his / her team’s performance to business goals.
The PQF suite can deliver you your complete set of 360° PQF forms, collated results and, if you choose, automated reports customised to your design.
Repeat the 360° survey 12 months later using the same PQF form – and see how 360° perceptions of performance has altered.

Generated Report
This is a very simple administrative process form – a monthly stationery replacement order. Easy to fill in, clicking orders, and optionally supplying service feedback comments.
But it’s another great example of multiple outputs and reports flowing from a simple form.
For example, an order confirmation summary report might be automatically sent back to each participant for recording in a paper file, and / or to each section or department head for approval.
An exception report might be generated highlighting one department’s excessive order of HB pencils.
Suggestions for improvement or other service comments might be extracted and sent to the QA Manager.
Or the collated results might be in a data format entirely compatible with a larger corporate IT system, able to be routinely linked or uploaded for integrated reporting such as financial planning or supply chain management.
Complete the PQF form, and using advanced Office Automation techniques, a report will be automatically generated and sent to you showing your response - exactly how you replied to the form.

Replace key paper forms in your skills assessment and skills development chain with PQF electronic forms.
Link key components as required to your corporate HR database.

Everybody can relate to this form.
We are all used to completing paper evaluation forms at the end of training sessions or workshops before being allowed to leave. Often, not much is done with these forms; eyeballed to glean an impressionistic overview, and maybe entered into a spreadsheet eventually.
Think what could happen if this one simple form was a PQF -
PQF can give you all this. It’s a great example of where a simple PQF form refecting a single business process can deliver outputs of value to many players in an organisation.
