PQF Viewer Examples (inc Web-Forms)
Run these PQF electronic forms to see simple examples of automating routine business processes for efficient information gathering (when you have installed your free PQF Viewer). Or view what the PQF forms look like when produced as WebForms.
Send these PQFS by email to anyone else to test - or put then on your intranet. Just make sure your colleagues install the free PQF Viewer too.
Remember PQFs can be customised easily using PQF Author to match the requirements of your organisation – in logos and branding, in content, and in the structure of your collated results database. And now people who don't have the PQF Viewer installed can respond to the same forms using their Web Browser.
Most importantly, PQFs are customised to deliver the results you want in the format you need for reporting and decision making. And you can easily reach the people you need to participate.
What you can expect from these examples
Each of these PQFs will show you a different look and feel, and different ways of collecting data. Each is also abbreviated, cut down from its true form functionality so its easy for you to test right through and submit. Some have design comments on screen to highlight features.
After you submit, your response is automatically emailed to the return email address embedded in the PQF or its Web Form equivalent (in this case collator@dolphinsoftware.com.au) for automatic collation by PQF Collator into the data base table for that form.
You will automatically receive an emailed confirmation that your response has been successfully collated – this is the only correspondence you will receive from us unless you choose otherwise. Contact us with any questions or comments.
